ShopToEarth Gives 4 Reasons to Bottle Your Own Water

At ShopToEarth we are all about saving both our checkbooks and the environment. In addition to saving you up to $500 per year, bottling your own water in reusable containers is an eco-friendly way to reduce the plastic waste go to the landfills.

- Although most plastic bottles are recyclable, only 2 out of 10 bottles ever make it to the recycling bin.

- Tap water must pass stringent health regulations which make it much cleaner than bottle water that is not subject to the same standards.

- Some plastic bottles have been known to leach a chemical called BPA into the water which has been linked to a number of health consequences such as miscarriages and birth defects.

- Every year 1.5 million tons of plastic is used to make bottles for bottled water and the number continues to increase as time goes by.

Help take back our landfills by purchasing a water filtration system and bottling your own water at home. The Aquasana Premium Under Counter Water Filtering System paired with the Waterweek Refillable Water Bottles found on the ShopToEarth site will save you money and the environment at the same time.

I LOVE my water filter and bottling my own water, and, feeling compassion for the people loading bottles into their cars or carrying bottles into their homes, I have introduced the concept and successfully sold it(and the products ;) ) to a number of them!! The combination of saving $$$, consuming delicious water, and feeling good about a contribution to the environment is very powerful!

Not only does a water filter system supply you with good drinking water, but it also provides good water to cook with and good water to bathe in. Nothing better for the body!
